I am a certified nutrition & fitness consultant who understands that a fitness journey means different to everyone and must be planned to meet the person’s goals. My goal is help my clients get the desired results along with building healthy habits that run a long way to help them adopt a healthy lifestyle for a lifetime. It’s a holistic approach that makes a long lasting impact on our health and well-being and that’s why I don’t believe in fad diets and aggressive approach.

My Journey

I’m thrilled to share my fitness journey with you, a story of transformation from being a typical foodie to becoming a dedicated fitness consultant. For most of my life, I carried more weight than I should have. Did I care? Not really- until my health began to decline at the age of 34.

I faced numerous challenges, including IBS, hormonal imbalances, and emotional eating. I’ll never forget the day I decided to take control of my health and strive to become a better version of myself. 

Taking charge of my health was no easy task. My journey was filled with challenges- battling emotional eating, balancing my workout routine with work and home responsibilities, and staying motivated. 

But I pushed through every obstacle and remained committed to my goals. I immersed myself in learning about nutrition, exercise, mental health, behavioural patterns, and environmental factors which helped me overcome all my health issues and help people around me to live a healthier lifestyle. Today, I am a healthier, happier, and fitter version of myself. My journey has been transformative, changing my life in ways I never imagined possible. It was never just about losing weight; it was about feeling healthy, building sustainable habits, understanding my body, and overcoming every challenge that came my way

My Mission

My mission is to transform lives by empowering individuals to take control of their health through the right approach. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness that goes beyond diet and exercise, tocusing on understanding each person's unique body needs and creating long-lasting habits that lead to a balanced, fulfilling, and healthy life. My goal is to build a toundation of wellness that is simple to maintain and seamlessly integrates into daily life, ensuring every client leaves the program with the tools and confidence to live their healthiest, happiest life. I am passionate about educating, motivating, and inspiring clients to cultivate a healthier relationship with food, understand the value of regular movement, and adopt a positive mindset toward health and fitness. My goal is to create a sustainable foundation for wellness that easily fits into everyday life, empowering each client to leave the program with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to live their healthiest and happiest life.
